We paired it with a bright red.....some people don't even notice to be honest but I love it. His
gorgeousness wants to paint more red on there but honestly red takes a gazillion coats to cover even using his excellent brand of paint... did I mention
VALSPAR??? so I am not in a hurry to do that... I prefer the yellow/green/kiwi/daffodil.... whatever you want to call it. It seems to change depending on the light of day or the type of bulb in the lamp... it looks great with the curly earth saving things.
We use a lot of white for the woodwork and accents, I love how it pops out at you..... I am so

A) LOVE the colors. We jsut repainted the whole freaking house. No yellow, but plenty of green. And lots of toffee. And vineyard estates. Hmmm, now I'm hungry...

That yellow is so pretty. And I know just what you mean about the multiple coats for colors! The yellow in my kitchen was painted over the old brown and that took a little extra, too. Hmmm... Now I think red needs to go somewhere in my house (so we can keep the matching going, of course. heehee).
